Is it ever okay to remove a peelie? This debate has caused a lot of harsh words, heated arguments, unfriending and even the halt of world peace. I have come up with an easy to understand guide to peelies and hangtags. These are my opinions, not anything enforced by the Peelie Police!
- Peelies should never leave the store that they were found in. This includes if you forgot to peel it off the product you bought and didn’t use your coupon. That is sloppy! 🙂
- It is okay to remove Peelies that can be used on multiple products in order to use it on one of the specified products.
- It is okay to remove peelies from products that the coupon is not allowed or intended for. You must use the coupon in that store on an allowable product.
- PEELIES SHOULD NOT LEAVE THE STORE THEY WERE FOUND IN! NO, not even in that situation.
What do you think?
What about a peelie like $1/2 that they put on two products like Kraft Singles. There is a peelie on them and I was at Target and used one peelie for two cheese products -but of course there is the second peelie that I couldn’t use yet – I so I am going to use it at another store another time -but I did buy that second product so technically that second peelie is mine – correct?
yes, if you bought the product the peelie is yours. 🙂
