These are great cookies, my family has been buying them for decades
My grandmother has been a diabetic for about 15 years now. She had to buy two packages of the shortbread variety because I would eat them all. After graduating, I moved out and STILL buy these. BOYYY ARE THEY DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!
My husband is diabetic and I also buy the shortbread because it has the lowest carb count and the highest cookie count per package. My kids will eat them all if I don’t hide them. They are extra yummy with chunky peanut butter.
