there are a lot of people online, be patient. others have had the same issue and eventually it has gone through.
I took advantage of this great deal and they were to have been shipped to my store no later than 12/7. On 12/8 I received an email saying there was a delay in getting them to the store and I would be emailed when they arrived. I just received an email, 12/12, they have refunded my credit card 🙁 No explanation but this means no Legos, and I have a little boy, 3.5, who has only one wish for Christmas, Legos. Any “deals” you can think of at this late date? Thanks for all you do, Paul.
