This camera is a disappointment in that it doesn’t come with an SD memory card. That being the case it’s useless out of the box until you purchase a SD card or rob one from another of your cameras.
Beware that a 250 MB card wont get you very much storage. I was able to get a 4 Gig card at Dollar General for $10.85 after tax.
Another disappointment is that this camera’s owner’s manual is very cursory to say the least– not extensive at all, and I feel out in the blue about how to master this camera’s many capabilities.
The camera is very sensitive if you’re only familiar with pointing and shooting little 4 pixel pocket cameras. Video aborts most of the time unless you’re dead still or mounted on a tripod, seriously.
I consider it a serious affront that the camera didn’t come with the power cord– as you can only shoot 6 min 45 sec videos in 640 aspect ratio without it, and you are locked out of HD video shooting without the power cord.
