I am learning the price matching thing you all do…I just saw an ad for SellersBROS. they have an item for $4 with a $10 purchase, limit 1. Now do all these restrictions apply when I price match at walmart? Or could I simply take the ad and buy 3 items or $4 each?

the limits do apply and depending on the ad, they may not match it if it is considered gimmick pricing. I think you should be okay though.
