At my local walmart they will not price match bogo items unless it states the price in the ad. 🙁 unfortunately thats most of the items you have listed.
I am not sure why this is so difficult for some stores. If it is a Buy One Get One Free and it says save up to $x.xx, that is the price of the item. You are saving up to how much one costs. They have to put that in case a store has an item on clearance or is a little cheaper. The stated up to price is the most it will cost at any store in that area and the best scenario for Walmart.
