Do different areas get different coupons? I didn’t get the sponge coupon or the poise coupon but I got the red plum insert. I am new to couponing, what’s up with that?
yes, some coupons are regional.
Shelley, if you have a larger city near you, or even within a couple hours away from you, see if their newspaper is available in your town. The higher income bracket cities get the best coupons. Makes no sense to me, seems that the lower income towns “need” the best coupons, huh?! I live in Asheville, NC but I buy the Charlotte, NC Sunday paper. Charlotte is 2 hours away from me, but a much larger city than Asheville. Those really good coupons are always in Charlotte’s and never in Asheville’s.
Thank you so much for the input. I will have to see if the Sacramento paper is available here, depends on the price if it will be worth it though I guess.
i have 82 coupons for the cat food. do i have to make 82 purchases, since it says required purchase necessary on the coupon… or just one..?? thanks in advance
no, you do not have to do separate transactions, only if the coupon limits the amount you can use in a transaction, a purchase is not the same thing.
the coupon says “required purchase necessary”. i have 82 coupons. do i have to make a purchase for each coupons? or just one to use them all.
You can use 1 coupon on each cat food purchase. you don’t have to buy any other items besides the cat food.
Ashley, hi, if you have 82 coupons for a free item, you need to call the store that you will be getting the item from. Inform them that you have a large number order so that can order extra for you and not have empty shelves because an extreme couponer wiped them out. When you do that type of transaction, usually its whatever the coupon reads as, ie only four like coupons per transaction…whatever it states by the manufacturer. I think that ‘required purchase necessary” means that it has to be the exact product. I have actually never seen that before. Good luck loading that all up! : )
Maybe I’m missing something….how do the 2 deals below equal Free?
poise deal, 11.84 – 1.00 mq equals 10.84…..
and what product does ortega have that is only .25 that a 50/2 mq would make them free?
Poise Hourglass Pads – $11.84
Poise $1/1 hourglass shape pads (2/23/13)
Poise $1/1 product (2/23/13)
Total: FREE
Ortega $.50/2 products (3/31/13)

The poise coupon is for the wipes & two other items i cant think of atm. I got a coupon for $3 off, yours may be different, depends on area. the product was roughly $2.97 .. i got .15 back for every five. there not for pads or anything. the coupon was in the smartsource, double check you have the correct coupon on hand.
now wait, i didnt read your comment correctly. couldnt tell you an answer for that. it could be a typing error. sorry about that!
Thanks Ashley. I think it was a typo. I did get and use the $3 one.
