If you are looking to use some of your tax refund for a TV purchase I have a great deal for you. Walmart.com has this Phillips 40″ LCD HDTV for only $459.98, this is 43% off the regular price of $799.98. I am not trying to tell you that you should should spend your refund on a TV, but if you are I want to at least help you get the most bang for your buck!
I will say that this TV has a rating of 3 stars from the users on Walmart.com but after reading their reviews I am not convinced it wasn’t a lot of user error.
