* I did not realize that we have so many new readers until all the comments on FB saying I must be crazy posting a readers trip where she doubled coupons. I can totally understand why it seems crazy that Walmart will double coupons, and you probably had never heard of it before.

Some of my favorite comments:

• I’ve shopped at many walmarts and none of them have doubled.
• A coupon doubled at Walmart?!
• When did Walmart start doubling coupons?! That doesn’t even make sense!!
• Walmart doubles coupons, when did that start?
• Our Walmart in AZ does not double!
• LOL….WHERE SON???
• wait walmart doubled coupons?! On what planet?!?! Mine barely accepts coupons

OK so this is the deal for those of you that are new. NO, most Walmart’s do NOT double. In fact, I am not sure of the % but it is low. Some stores are part of a pilot program and some just double so that they can be competitive with the other stores in their area.

** From what readers have said it is very time consuming to check out. It think that if everyone is very patient and understanding that it will be a successful trial and hopefully Walmart will expand to more locations.
