Here is my favorite queso recipe ingredients:

1 Block of Velveeta 32 oz
1 can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes
1 Package of Jimmy Dean Sausage (or chorizo, hamburger, even chili!)

Brown the Sausage then drain it and throw all the ingredients in a Crock Pot.

Your Favorite Tortilla chips, for me it is the bite sized Tostitos Rounds.
