Today only, Albertsons has Betty Crocker Cake Mix for only $0.69.  If you are dieting but still want something sweet, have I got a recipe for you.

1 Cake Mix
1 Diet Can of Soda
Mix together and bake as directed on the Cake Mix box.

That is it, don’t add anything else.  I would pick a soda that matches the color of the cake if you are not telling people how you are making the cake.  For example: White Cake /Diet Sprite or Chocolate Cake/ Diet Root Beer etc.   You will be surprised at how many people have no idea that you did anything different and you just saved hundreds of calories.
