** These B1G1 free are gone today, they have a $.75 now.
There is a facebook coupon for B1G1 FREE 8 count box of Sunbelt Fruit and Grain Bars. You will have to “like” them to get the coupon. I am not sure if Walmart carries this brand or not, I will have to check on that. ** They do!
Now here’s the interesting part…the coupon is a PDF. PDF coupons are at best iffy. They are easy to replicate and create, so many stores do not like them because of this. However, this coupon has this statement written on it,
“We understand that some store managers question the validity of PDF coupons. If your store has any questions about this coupon’s authenticity, please ask them to call the McKee Foods Consumer Affairs number at…”
and gives the phone number and hours to call. So, I called the number and checked out the validity. The lady I spoke with assured me it was completely valid, thanked me for calling, and said it was a Happy Valentine’s Day coupon from McKee Foods. She assured me you could print out as many as you want, which it actually says on the coupon. So, I say go for it! It’s definitely worth a shot!
My walmart carries Sunbelt and gave me a little flack for the PDF but eventually took them…however would only let me use one per transaction.
My Walmart in Birmingham carries them too. With this coupon, I pay around 2.14 plus tax for 2 boxes of 8. They let you print as many as you want but the coupon does expire 4 weeks from date of issue.
Lots of varieties to choose from. Mckee Corporation makes both Sunbelt and Little Debbie.
Like Angie, my Walmart would only honor one coupon per visit so be prepared just in case… :?)
I just went and used one at walmart but it wouldnt scan. the cashier tried and tried to get it to scan with no luck. she eventually just typed it in but didnt look like she was comfortable doing it.
My store does, I noticed them today, they were $2.08.
they offered a $1.50 off coupon for either granola bars or fruit/grain bars right before christmas–same deal, PDF…..i grabbed a couple boxes for $.50 each, i belive–actually pretty good little bars!
i like to stock up on these types of snacks, especially when cheap for my boys to eat after school/before practice and games.
i used the 1.50 ones too and didnt have a problem!
I used the last ones, bogo, at winco and bought about 10 boxes all at the same time. They scanned fine and had no problem. These are great little bars, very similar to nutrigrain bars.
The coupon is no longer on their facebook page…was a one-day only thing. Now they have a 75 cents off a box of cereal coupon.
