I went to my Walmart last night to do this deal. The coupon beeped and the cashier told me I couldn’t use it because it was for a razor or refills, and not for a razor and shaving cream. I told her I didn’t understand it didn’t list any exclusions, it just said “any razor” and I was buying a razor. She sent me to an assistant manager and she said the same thing. Do you have any advise on what to do in this situation?
The same thing happened to me tonight. I tried to use it and the coupon beeped and they told me it was not the correct thing. They would not let me use the coupon either. What do you do when this happens?
I would also like to put this deal out with the same coupon. I was trying to help a customer and came across a bundle worth $20 it includes a razor 4 carterages and skintamate shave gel for only $9.97 thats an even better deal! Plus you get coupons inside =) so after coupon it comes to 5.97
My WM had these rolled back to 3$ and are now all gone. I had one cashier that took the Q no problem and one that told me i couldnt use it. She called someone else over and was told that the Q was valid because it said “any” and it was beeping because that particular packaging was a limited edition. I told the cashier that i always end up feeling like a criminal couponing at WM because my coupons get scrutinized so much. I feel a little bad saying that, but sadly its true.

Went to a walmart in Denver, Co and both the cashier and manager told me that it could not be used for this product. Congrats to all it did work for.
Why would it not work for this product?
We had the same problem last night. Cashier said no when hubby was checking out with “round one” personal care. I was doing “round 2” in the grocery section. I told him no restrictions on the Q. I simply gpt 2 more and put them back in my basket. When I checked out the 2nd time, no problems. Q went through fine. He also said 70% of the Q’s he used wouldn’t scan, and had to be “gunned”. I think it’s their computer suystem…
Where do you get this coupon from? I can’t find it anywhere & it was not in my newspaper!
