In reference to the Colgate toothpaste, I have the $1.00 off MM coupon and HEB has colgate on sale for $.99 which includes a .50 off store coupon and it does say assorted varieties. Wouldn’t this make the item free? HEB’s paper ends tomorrow. Walmart did have a rollback on Colgate on this past Friday of $1.50 so I took advantage of the $.75 off MM coupon. They also have the speedstick deodorant for $1.68 with in-store coupon and there is a $1 off MM coupon so it would make it .68 cents. HEB also has the Colgate 360 Optic White toothbrush for $2.46 (includes in-store .50 off coupon) and then there is a MM coupon for $1.00 (expires 3/17) off making it $1.46. Not sure if this is old news, new news, but I am just getting back into couponing and want to know if this is correct.
Let me share a little feedback on Walmart’s Leadership. On Friday I tried to ad match deodorant and was told that you had to have the ad. I told the cashier I didn’t think so. She got with a manager and she had also confirmed it. I went home and looked up and you do not have to have the ad. I normally have the ad on me but not that day. I did their survey about my trip and got a call back today (Monday, 12th) from a Front End Manager who apologized to me and stated that they were both wrong and that he was seeing this as a training opportunity for his Staff.
