Be prepared: These do not scan. But then, Revlon coupons are notorious for not scanning even on the items pictured on a coupon. I haven’t tried these on nail polish, has anyone else?
I live near Rockwall TX and the Walmarts out here will not let you use the coupons on anything but nail polish. What the picture shows is all you are allowed to use it on, and if it is not in the picture they will not let you use it.
I was able to get the overage but I had to drive to two stores because the first one wouldn’t let me use it! The manager gave it to me, but it was very reluctantly. I think they forget that they will get paid back the value of the coupon plus 8 cents!
