Can we use a cents off coupon toward the product we purchase when using a BOGO coupon? Meaning, does the BOGO coupon attach to the free product, while the cents off coupon applies to the purchased product? Also…Wlamarts policy states BOGO coupon must have specific price printed…what does that mean for a coupon stating an “up to” price amount?

Seriously, that is all you’ll say about it. So as an avid couponer trying to do the honest thing, I’m left to decipher Walmart’s policy on my own. They way I’m reading the policy is that a BOGO coupon must have a specific price printed on it, meaning the “up to” price on the Angel Soft BOGO coupon does not qualify per Walmart’s policy, UNLESS the “up to” price stated qualifies as the specific price. I’d hoped you’d be able to shed some light on that. I’m a bit disappointed that you had so little to say about a deal you’re promoting on your site and we’re all interested in, was just looking for some expert advise while trying to keep it honest.

Kelly, I am sorry I misunderstood your question. The Walmart coupon policy about the coupons that must have a stated price on them is for the competitor (store) coupons. This is a manufacturer coupon and all that means is that they have a maximum amount they will reimburse so that stores don’t all of a sudden increase the price to something crazy in order to make money from the stores.
