Can you do this every month?
Yes, does someone know if you can get a coupon every month?
Yes, you can call each month. They want you to call every 30 days instead of just waiting until the new calendar month begins. The first time you call you give them all of your info. After that, you just give them your last name and zip code, they look you up, you verify your info, and they send out your coupons. It takes 3 minutes or less each month.
What do you say when you call them? Can more than one person from your household call them?
I just ask for kitty litter coupons. They’re always very nice about it.
You just tell them you saw the $2 off coupon on face book & they say they will get coupons right out to you, have to give them your name & address. Probably can’t do more than one per household, but they say they are sending coupon(s).

Wow, I just called and it took me less than 5 mins. I asked for coupons for cat litter and dog/cat food. I informed them that I foster animals and the coupons really come in handy. Thanks for info!!!

Excellent customer service, very friendly. I inquired about cat food coupons also and was told I could either receive 2 cat litter coupons or 1 cat food and 1 litter coupon, which is what I did. Awesome deal. I was also told I could call back every 4-6 weeks to request 2 more coupons. Thank you!
They have run out of the 2 dollar coupons and now are offering only 1 dollar off coupons. :] Just called Today.
I tried calling them today and they advised that I should look for a coupon on packaging or on their website. I checked their website and unfortunately, could not find a coupon.
