On Demand is offering a $25 Outback Steakhouse Gift Card just for answering a couple of questions. I just finished mine and it took about 5 minutes. At the end they gave me a confirmation card and a link to download the Claim form for the Gift Card.

I took survey, choose visa. Seemed aliitle fishy at end. Said they would mail, no confirmation. Hope this is legit since I gave them all my info!!
I went through the entire thing only to come to a point where nothing happened after Eucerin sample. No gift card info. NOTHING
These surveys never work without signing up for some kind of promotions. Wasted my time
sorry it was so confusing, you just have to say no to almost everything. I should have explained better but I didn’t want to make presumptions on what people would like.
I was able to navigate through all of the sketchy offers and made it to the end, where I chose a Visa gift card instead of an Outback one. There is a claim form that I need to print, fill out and mail in to get the card. Well, once you print the form, the window with your teeny tiny claim number goes away and even if you reload it, it only says that your Session Has Expired. I emailed the address on the bottom of the claim form and am hoping to hear back very soon. I will let you know if it turns out to be a scam or a real deal!
