Reader Shellie was kind enough to send us some info she received on the rebate deal with the Olay and Herbal Essence.
In her mail she got notice that although she purchased 4 and sent in the receipts, that she was only allowed 1 per household and to expect a rebate check for $9.99.
There was some debate because of the wording on the rebate making it seem like it was unlimited or that there was no limit. It looks like those of you who split up your transactions, and sent them to different addresses, will be the ones getting a refund for each purchase. Thats a nice gift to give someone 🙂

The website link makes NO MENTION of there being any sort of limit for this offer. Therefore, multiple rebates should be honored and paid. Where exactly can they point to the fact there is a limit? I even called their number and asked this and was told there appeared to be no limit. I stated I did not wish to have ot call back come January after being rejected and was told she did not expect to be speaking with me again!
I purchased multiples of these and of the available addressed I have I have about five per address to mail in. I then bought another 25-30 sets at half off. I gave over half of these away. Now what?
I also called and asked if I needed to send in my 15 in seperate envelopes and was told “No you can send multipule requests in the same envelopes. Our office sent in 1 request with 3 recipts and 15 rebate cards all in one envelopes. IF they only send us one rebate.. I am going to call and ask for the other 14 cards back to re-submit with 14 addresses… and I will also tell them that I WILL NOT do another Herbal Ess. rebate event nor will my 15 friends 🙁 .. I called on Dec 21 and I have copies of all my cards and the form… I will let you know what happens with my 15… I HOPE I get one check at $150.00.. for our office group request.
I really hope you do also. Seems like they need to pull it together!

I recd a check today along with a letter saying I had reached the threshhold…. This is a crooked company, IMO. Now, I need to make phone calls.
