It’s like combining a smoothie and a frappe for the best of both worlds. If you like you could also add a meal replacement mix or instant breakfast to this too.
Peanut Butter Banana Mocha Frappe
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (or a chocolate meal replacement packet)
- 10-12 ice cubes
- 1 cup cold coffee
This makes 2 large frappes
Instructions:
Blend the ice and cold coffee in your blender until the ice is crushed.
Add the peanut butter and chocolate (or drink packet). Blend until smooth.
Add the banana and continue blending until mixture is a thick liquid.
Pour the mixture into two glasses or mason jars and enjoy. You can also top with a bit of whipped topping and chocolate syrup.
