Make sure you read the label of the Midol before you take it if you’re not taking it for menstrual cramps. Some varieties contain naproxen (the same thing as Aleve), but others have acetaminophen (the same thing as Tylenol) with a diuretic. IMO, the latter is better for actual menstrual issues.
