Where in the store did you find this?? That is a cool gift.

If you bought the other Febreeze basket and sent in for a rebate, can you doo this one too? By other one, I mean the one with the fall spice tissue, spray, candle, etc.

These are shrink-wrapped so you would have to tear them open to get the card for the MIR, correct? My experience is that this would leave you with a pretty damaged item (if you were hoping to give it as a gift in the “new” condition!) since the wrapping is the stiffer type–very crunchy! Still great to give as a gift to someone that would not mind it having been unsealed.
These are normally found near the pharmacy dept but also have spooted similar items in the past in the holiday gifts/candy section. Thanks for posting this–I would have never know about it.

I just bought some cellphane from Dollar General, threw a couple more awesome items in the basket that I got great coupon deals on, and re-wrapped it for a gift. Easy peasy.

Is this the same rebate as the Olay body wash gift set? The form looks very similar.
Angela says
Would like to know what the form looks like – want to make sure it isn’t the same as Olay or Pantene offers. Thanks!!

Just a quick note that I’m sure you guys already know: Make copies of EVERYTHING you send in for a rebate! I just got a letter back from when I sent in a rebate for the Olay gift basket a while ago saying that they didn’t get the little card that was in the gift basket set, which is a big LIE! I triple and quadruple checked the envelope I sent out to make sure I had every single thing in it, so I’m 100% sure that they either lost it or are trying to get out of giving me my rebate. Of course, I completely forgot to make copies, so I have no proof and I took everything out of the plastic wrap it came in, so I can’t really return it – so mad!!

Anyone see these in Northwest Indiana?

Hmmm. I purchased one of these today and the insert in the package brought me to this website instead: febrezemagazines.com
The rebate info at the bottom says that the magazine values are $12. Does that mean my check will be for $12? I am a little concerned, because I paid for $9.97 for the basket and am worried they will deny my rebate if my basket was less than the estimated value. We’ll see I guess!

I paid $9.97 for the febreeze fall ones and they sent me back $12.00, so you’ll make some money on it! 🙂

I doubt if anyone will post a reply to my question since I do not know of a way for recent replies to “bump” a topic to where most people would see it.
Anyway, I already mailed in a rebate for the Olay giftsets that have been mentioned here before. That “form” was going to “P&G Holiday12” as part of the mailing address. These Febreeze/Febreze gift baskets lead to the SAME EXACT page/offer/mailing address. So, am I able to send in for a refund offer on the Febreeze items or is the fact that both have the same address going to invalidate one of them? How would someone know that they have already done an offer/refund if offers for different items lead you to the same webpage?
SWShopper says
I read elsewhere the link for this refund offer is: http://condenastdirect.com/corp/febreze/ and the refund is for $12, thus, a $2.03 moneymaker.
However, the links above take you to this $9 refund page: http://condenastdirect.com/corp/allure/1year/
Which, is marked on the site as ALLURE and not FEBREEZE. And, as mentioned above the refund is for $9 making your cost .97 each. So, does anyone have any CLEAR info on the clear as mud offers that originate from Allure/CondeNast and friends?!?!
AmyC says
@ SWShopper I submitted for both rebates and received the Olay one a few weeks ago and the Febreze one today. You are correct, a $12 check came so this was a moneymaker. 🙂
