  1. Been very disappointed at my Wal-Mart lately! They will not take coupons for trial sizes even if there is no size restriction on the coupon and I have been told several times that they wont take a coupon because the value exceeds the item cost. Some days they will take a cretin coupon and then the next day they will refuse it.
    Is it up to the individual store manager to make these decisions or should I file a complaint with the home office?

  3. It depends on the cashier. Some of them want to act like the coupon is taking money out of their own pockets. I always try to call corporate directly or at least email them when I have issues with anything. I doubt it helps. But they should know if their stores aren’t following corporate policy. I mean, it’s kinda the point of creating a corporate policy.

    • I called the home office and they had the store manager call me directly to apologize for the way I had been treated!
