Help Wanted – IHTM Grocery Store Specialists – Now Hiring!

As my kids get bigger, it is crazy that they seem to need my wife and I more than they did when they were little. That was something that we never expected, but love every second of it.

I Heart The Mart grew rapidly from the start, and continues to amaze me everyday. With the help from an awesome VA (Virtual assistant) and my wife, when she is not blogging on her own site.  I have worked 10-15 hours a day for the past 2 years, only taking Christmas off.

I need some help!

I believe Price Matching is the way to go, combined with coupons to save you the most of your hard earned money. Recently I did a survey to find the stores that you are shopping at most and I don’t have them all in my area. I can’t possibly cover those stores that way someone could who lived in the area.

That is why I am looking to hire some “store specialist” to only cover and post one single store in that area. This will help YOU save even more money! You will be able to just click on the stores in your area and see what people are doing at them!

These are the stores that I am specifically looking for someone for: 

• Kroger/Smith’s/Dillion’s/Ralph’s/QFC/Food 4 Less
• Albertsons
• Publix
• HEB
• Safeway/Randalls/Tom Thumb/Von’s
• CVS
• Walgreens

This is what I am looking for in the people that are store specialists: 

Knowledgeable/Reliable – Must know your store like the back of your hand. Familiar with their sales and their prices and shop there at least once a week. People are counting on you. If you have been told you are flaky, this is not the job for you. I don’t have time to micromanage people and so I need people who are motivated and can commit to this position.

Experience with Word Press is a plus, but I would be willing to train the right person. Must have basic computer skills and be a quick learner.

Policy Follower – Absolutely have to follow the Walmart coupon policy and the Walmart price match policy 100% to the best of your knowledge and ability. We have all made mistakes, but not on purpose.

Attention to Detail – You will have a LOT of people reading your information. You are the expert. If you find an awesome deal it must be posted ASAP so readers have the opportunity to take advantage of the deal. Taking good, clear and nice pictures is a MUST.

Must Coupon – I could hire anyone, but I want someone who understands couponing and price matching. Someone who “gets it” and gets excited about good deals and a great price match. Someone who can’t wait to share great deals with other people!

What will you be doing?

1. Minimum 2 posts a week.
2. Post #1 – Each week finding the BEST and Top 10 price match deals from your chosen stores ad. This means you will need to know if the sale price is better at your grocery store OR at Walmart. I want the very best price match deals that are going to save people the most money. Meat and produce included. If you are not very familiar with Walmarts prices you will need to run into your Walmart with the ad and check the prices. No guessing, people are counting on you!
3. Post #2 – Next, is a personal shopping trip picture. Preferably, a price match trip from Walmart that you price matched and or used coupons on. It does not have to be the items from the top 10 list you posted. But we want to see all the great deals that you can find at your store! Encourage people to save money! The best way to do that is showing them actual shopping trips and your success.

This is a great position for someone who already price matches, coupons, is on the computer during the day and just wants to make a little extra money. As far as the money, blogging will not make you rich! I wish it did! If selected you will be contacted with the offered pay and we have a 60 day trial period.

The cool thing is that you can work in your P.J.’s and in the middle of the night if you want. All that is required is a computer, internet connection, camera and common sense.

Positions at IHTM are contract, meaning you pay your own taxes and will need to follow the requirements of your own state. You will be paid via Paypal if selected and because you are being paid via Paypal you will not receive a 1099 for this position and will be responsible for tracking your payments received for tax reporting.
