Walmart.com has started their Black Friday Week Deals online. I found a really great deal on this Samsung 51″ 720p 600Hz Class Plasma HDTV on sale for $422 off! That is right at 50% on a really great TV. I am a HUGE fan of the plasma TV’s, they have a refresh rate that is 4 times or more than the LED TV’s. They are much better for watching sports and DVD’s. I can’t stand the “Soap Opera” effect that you always seem to get from the others.

So, in your opinion, does a 720p plasma have better picture than a 1080p LED?? My husband and I have been going back and forth…
I think it has more to do with refresh rate than the 720 or 1080. Many shows are still shot in 720 so that is my opinion. I am by no means a TV expert.
