Frugal Living NW has found a great deal using the new $2/1 Revlon Beauty Tool found on Target’s site. This is a MFC so you will be able to use it at Walmart.
Revlon Nail Clippers — $1.47
Use $2/1 coupon — it’s a manufacturer’s coupon that prints with no logo!
Total: FREE + $.53 overage after coupon
Plus there are a bunch of other cheap Revlon items to use the coupon on:
- Revlon Clippers (bigger) — $1.96
- Revlon Toenail Clippers — $2.24
- Revlon Eyelash Curler — $2.87
- Revlon Tweezer — $2.24
- Revlon Compact Tweezer — $1.87

Thanks Frugal Living!
When I read the coupon policy under the we do not accept it says competitors coupons that have dollars/cents off at a specific retailer. It does say they take competitors’ coupons that have a specified price. So am I wrong wouldn’t this target coupon be part of the we do not accept policy since it doesn’t specify a price? I just want to clarify before I start using the competitors coupons.
I did this deal today. The coupon from the Target website is actually a manufactures coupon and doesn’t say Target on it at all. So there was no problem with them taking it.
It’s not a Target store coupon but a manufacturer’s coupon so they’ll take it.
I used it at Walmart yesterday worked fine 🙂 It’s a manufacturer’s coupon from the Target Website……not a Target coupon ;0)
It prints as a manufacturer coupon. Yes, it’s on the Target website, but it is not a Target coupon. Just a straight manufacturer coupon that can be used anywhere (no logo either). Hope this helps!
