I didnt know walmart had coupons – do you mean like store coupons like the ones that target has that you can stack manufacturer coupons on? if so where do you go to get them?
While this is a great deal, using a 2 of Target’s $1/1 coupons would make this free. 🙂
Did you try using the coupon deal at Target at all? I was thinking the same thing when I saw the coupons! 2 lip balms for $2 isn’t bad at all! I don’t figure they would take two Target $1 off coupons with the manuf BOGO one – maybe just one Target $1 off. Of course I haven’t tried it yet so we’ll see.

They don’t. They basically “price match” the target coupon. So you still have to give it to them they just change the price on the item. It has to say a price amount and not a $ off.
