I have a question. Do you print out the form on the bottom and send in your receipt to get your $12 refund back? Also, do you fill out the top portion where it ask which magazines you want or say no thanks? Sorry I’m a bit confused.

Sounds and looks very similar to the Conde Nast rebates that included the Febreze candle and those Olay/Herbal Essences Gift Packs. Didn’t I read people were rejected because the purchase price (even without a cpn in this case) is LESS THAN the $12 rebate amount?
I don’t see the $12 offer… I only see the offer for a free magazine sub. I bought this last night and came home to open the rebate and find it only offers the magazine. Not worth it for the magazine, especially since it’s limited to the four on the coupon. Thoughts?

Thanks for the post! I did the last magazine rebate offer for those gift packs and the check arrived last week. I needed one of these dusters anyway since I’m tired of lugging my dining room chairs around to reach the ceiling fans. 🙂
