that’s awesome congrats!! everyone busts my chop about going on I’m like no my luck I’ll have one of my bad trips. I’m in NJ so I shop a lot at shop rite for grocery’s and they are always changing there coupon policy depending on whos on. Drives me insane sometimes.

I would have a good haul like the first lady with $250 for $7 too if any of our stores doubled or tripled. I can’t dumpster dive either, at least I don’t think I can. I also don’t really “buy” anything we can’t use within a reasonable amount of time. Products do expire. If you donate than I can see having all that extreme extra stuff in your house. I do have bins and 1 storage unit in the basement along with an extra freezer. That is about as far a it’s going to go right now. I don’t want to hoard it all just because I can. Free IS very hard to pass up.

Wow, these families must eat alot. I do coupon but I pass up deals every week because my stockpile is full of that item. It’s great to get things so cheap!
I also don’t have good stores that double coupons in my area. You need a place that doubles to really get these kind of great deals. More rural areas just don’t have that kind of competition.

Congrats on getting on the show. I watched it last time and it kind of made me angry. I do not agree with hoarding as much as they had on the first show. I think they need help. The deals come around every so often so why do you need a 40 year supply of toliot paper? donate it! I get about a 3 month supply I think that is plenty. I know everyone has different opinions. I can’t wait to watch hopefully I will learn something new. I so hope this show doesnt cause more problems for couponers. There are already so many changes happening I am scared with this show it will escalate the changes we are seeing.
I love to coupon and I love having my stockpile but I think that a couple of these people (especially the dude with the 150 yrs supply of deodorant) are boarding on being hoarders. I love a good deal just as much as the next couponer but how much salad dressing can you really use before it expires? And is buying that much pasta necessary, is that woman not worried about mites getting into it? I’ll definitely watch the show but I think some of this is a little excessive.
Will this be a Wal-Mart trip? I’d love to see how you do Wal-Mart. Congrats!
