Duncan Hines Cake Mix Under $1

I Heart the Mart loves Under $1 Deals and here is a SWEET one! Have you ever tried making these cake mixes with a can of diet soda? All you have to do is add the can to the mix and bake as directed. It is great!

Another way to save on calories is to add bean puree instead of the oil.  I made a chocolate cake and added the same measurement of black bean puree instead of oil. No one at dinner could tell and actually told me that it was the best cake I ever made. If you want to try this I would use the beans that match the cake. For example:
Spice cake = pinto beans,
Chocolate cake = Black beans,
