I am so excited about everyone that has decided to join me on my 30 Day Challenge. I am ready to report my results for Day 2. I have a few people show some concern for me regarding how I go about my weight loss challenge. I can assure you that I will not starve myself, I know it is only day 2 but I feel great. I am not even a little bit hungry and in fact I felt really full today. I am drinking a lot of water, especially before I eat a meal.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 slices of bacon and a glass of milk
Lunch: Gyro Plate, about 8 oz of Gyro meat. I skipped the pita and had some zucchini instead. (Olive Oil Restaurant)
Dinner: Brisket and a salad with fat free ranch dressing. (Store bought)
Exercise: I walked about a mile and did 50 push ups and 50 sit ups. I also shot baskets with my son and some of his friends for about an hour.

Hey Edie! All you have to do is figure out what are the areas you can improve on and start making little changes. For me I am cutting out soda, sugars and starting with about 20 minutes of exercise a day. I made a video kinda explaining what and why I am doing it.
Can you keep an eye out on a good deal on electric weight scales? mine broke couple months back. Which one did you buy in the video?
I’m on the same page as you trying to lose some weight (just had a baby 3 weeks ago). I just joined Pact, it’s an app where you get paid to meet goals you set for yourself, but if you miss your goals you lose a lot more than you earn. I’m hoping this will help me stick to my goals. You should check it out! (I’m only doing a trial week but Monday my “real” week starts with real money at stake!)
