Ok, to start I think I am actually on Day 18 of the Great Weight Rollback Challenge, but I am too tired of shopping for couches to go double check. I am all ready to weigh in tomorrow though. I feel pretty good and I am hoping for a better results than the last weigh in. Today was a pretty good food day for me. I pretty much loved everything I ate in a big bad way. I tend to make up my own creations so I never know how it is going to turn out.
Tonight for dinner I grilled hamburgers for everyone. I had to make some alterations to keep this bad boy carb free, I was flying by the seat of my pants but I did indeed feel the thrill of victory.
While perfectly grilling my beautiful hamburger patty, I made myself some toppings. I grabbed two pans and sautéed mushrooms with butter and Lawry’s in one and then tossed in some spinach with lime juice and salt in the other. I cut up some avocado and then placed it all beautifully on top of my cheeseburger and then spread the love all around it. I didn’t even miss the bun!

i think u should rephrase this burger to low carb since i know cheese n bbq sauce have carbs.
I thought about it but since I only had about 1/2 an ounce of colby jack cheese and a full 1 oz has .46 grams of carbs I could get away with it. The sauce is A1 and a tablespoon has 3 grams, I only used about 1/2 teaspoon. All in all there are about .75 grams of carbs. Thanks!
