Summer is coming quick and Caramel Apple Salad is one of my favorite, light recipes.
Carmel Apple Salad
1 Tub Cool Whip
1 Can Crushed Pineapples undrained
1 pudding Butterscotch mix
4 Granny Smith apples cut into bite size piecesMix all the ingredients together and chill for 1 hr and serve.
