According my sources… sounds official huh? Your Walmart should have all Christmas items marked down TOMORROW to 75% off.
I am a little conflicted as I want to tell you that if you want the best stuff you will need to be there early in the morning. However, if you have a lame store, or they are just a little slow they MIGHT not have everything marked down yet. Which means you will want to yell at me for getting up early and heading out to Walmart in the cold.
If you are not sure which store to go to first tomorrow, I am just suggesting you make it Walmart IN CASE they have gone to 75%!

i bought several plastic tablecloths last year at 25 cents each. we used some this year (we use a ping pong table for our buffet at Christmas and they covered it nicely), we use some as tarps to put wood in the back of the car, etc. i have even used them to cover my car seat for muddy kids after ball practice. hope they have them this year.
Crazy question…what if you made a purchase at 50% off can you take the receipt back and they adjust for the markdown to 75% or is the 50% considered a final sale? Still new to all of this 🙂
it will depend on the store. the policy is that they don’t price adjust but if you have the receipt you can return it and then buy it at the new price.

Just got back from my Walmart….signs are still 50%, even scanned some items hoping they just didn’t change the signs yet….no. Still 50%. 🙁

Sawdust Walmart is saying 50% on sign and when scanned, but I tt a manager this morning and everything will be 75% off eventually once they get it singed and in the computer. They told me to have the cashier manually override the price. It took a while, but I got my stuff 75% off. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.

I called my Walmart (in WY) and they said that 75% starts tomorrow (Jan. 1st). This was as I expected, since they usually like to do markdowns at the beginning of each month. Hope this helps!
I heard that they typically wait until the first of the year before they change them. In Upstate NY anyway, they have ALWAYS done it that way!!

Does anyone know when they will mark it down to 75%? I plan on going early in the morning because I heard it was jan 1st. But I also don’t want to waste a trip either. Any thoughts?
Just called my Walmart in Colorado and found out 75% off will take effect tomorrow January 1st around 7am! Hope this info helps!
They are saying over this way in Idaho that all stores are waiting til Jan. 3rd for the 75% markdowns.
Just back from walmart still 50 in Tx.
Been calling my Walmart for the past hour to ask if it’s 75% before I waste gas again, they won’t answer the phone 🙁
They finally answered and said still 50%. Sigh 🙁 Hopefully tomorrow

I called 2 walmarts this morning and both told me no to 75 %
Went to mine and they were still 50% off and they had tons of stuff left. Asked the dept. manger and she said this weekend maybe.
I went to walmart early this morning, after being told that it would go 75% at midnight on new years ever. They said it wasn,t in the system yet, and should have gone in at midnight. The store was good enough to honor the 75% off, and the clerks has to override the price at the registers. a lot of trouble for the clerks, but that store was the only one that would do that.
Went to my Walmart and got it for 75% off. Of course they had to manually enter it because I guess the system wasn’t through marking it down so that’s why it was ringing up only 50% still. But since they had to manually enter it I got over charged $30!!! So I have to get that fixed! It was a pain but got some good bargains! I hope you guys all get it figured out! Happy new year!
Called my local Wal-Mart yesterday late afternoon, and it was still 50% off.
I was told today by the manager today that they dont k now when it will get marked down since it comes down through the system. He also said he had not heard IF it will go 75% off but he will move it all out by next week regardless.
Was at Walmart today and still 50% here in TN…. The manager here thought this weekend sometime!!! But hadn’t heard Definetely …… Anyone have better insight?
I went to one in markham and its already 75% at noon, though the one in scarborough n richmond hill still 50% in the morning.
I read underneath the 50% off signs at my walmart price effective dates 12/25-1/3 makes me wonder if they are going to switch prices tomorrow or maybe the 4th?
I spoke with a very nice associate this morning that told me tomorrow would be the magic day. I asked her what time it goes into effect and she said midnight. I will be heading out early to check it out since our store has put out so much stuff in the last few days. Good luck to you all!
Walmart in deptford nj still had the 50% off signs up but I scanned a few items and they were all 75% off!
Your heads up gave me enough time to get my coupons pulled and have everything ready. I’m really glad that you went ahead and gave us an alert. With your information, I knew what to be looking for. I could decide if there were not many of an item I wanted to go ahead and buy at 50% off. One item, I did want it but I didn’t want it at the 50% off price. There were a lot of them, so I waited and because of you, I have now purchased it at the 75% off price. I know you hear this a lot but I can’t begin to tell you what you have done for me and my family. THANKS SO MUCH!
