This is how to do this deal: Walk into your Walmart grab some ice cream and check out. As you checkout, before they ring up your ice cream, tell them that you want to price match it to Randalls ( or Safeway, Tom Thumb, Vons which ever Safeway affiliate store you have) for $2.49. Then you can use a coupon after that.
