Is the Black Flag coupon only in certain areas? I did not see it in my 5/15 RP. KC -MO
Woo hoo! We always are needing a fly swatter about mid summer & you can’t find them anywhere! I went and got some today, for free (that’s the best part)! Thanks Paul for sharing.
Were the Black Flag coupons regional? I can’t find them in my inserts.
I’ve never found the Black Flag coupons either. There was something awhile back, I forgot what now, that I did not get the coupon in my paper. I emailed the company about it and they sent me some in the mail. Might be worth a shot with this one.
Just went to WalMart on my lunch break to pick up the fly swatters and the cashier and her manager told me that unless the product is depicted in the picture on the coupon, then I can’t purchase the item. I said that the text stated any Black Flag product and she said that it didn’t matter and how coupons aren’t meant for trial-sized items. I also tried to buy the $1.12 Country Crock honey spread, but the picture in the coupon was the large tubs of regular butter.
Although I was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience and did not take the items, I am cringing with frustration now because I wasted a lunch break.
I think it just comes down to who your cashier is sometimes. But I’m extremely surprised about the manager’s reaction.
Couponers: don’t go the WalMart in Pace, FL.
total nonsense, that’s when you say “okay lets just try it and if the computer doesn’t take it then no worries.”
Recently I had a CSM tell me her qualifications for taking coupons is that if it says mfg coupon at the top and it scans then it is good. 🙂 We got along great!
