I am confused with the ad matching for Kroger. When Kroger’s ad says you have to buy 10 of the item to get it for $1.00, does that apply to Walmart too? Do I have to buy 10 items at Walmart to also get that price? I can’t seem to get an answer to this from any blogs. Thanks
