My days start at 5:15 each morning and it is hard for me to get up any earlier to make myself breakfast. I drop my son off at bible study each morning at 5:50, then go pick him up at 6:40 to take him to school. I generally stop somewhere to eat and start posting deals on I Heart the Mart, the problem is that it is hard to find something good for you at that time of the morning. Today I had the Egg White Delight with bacon on an english muffin. They are actually really good and right around 300 calories. Mine was probably a bit less because I only ate one of the muffins.
I get my oldest to school by 7:05 and get home about 7:20 in time to make some lunches and get the next set of kids to school by 7:50. The older girls start school at 8:40 on opposite sides of our city. Tiff and I will split this one up many days, but sometimes I get them both and getting them to school on time is tricky. Don’t worry I obey almost all of the speed limits. The last drop off is my 3 year old at pre-school around 9:00am. That is right, 3 1/2 hours, 5 schools, a little breakfast and a deal or two for my awesome readers.
Breakfast: Egg White Delight and a milk
Lunch: Tuna Salad Lettuce Wrap
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast, Salad and a glass of water
Exercise: Walked a mile on the treadmill and 50 push ups and sit ups.

I am really happy with the way I have been eating, but a big goal of mine was to get more sleep and that just isn’t happening. I think it would help me lose weight and obviously be less tired. Well, Here it goes, I am stepping on the scale now.
Spoiler Alert!!! (if you haven’t watched the video)
WOW!!! I can’t even tell you how excited I am that I have lost 10 pounds in just 6 days. I think the key is eating stuff that I like and just eliminating a few things that can really add on the pounds. I will eventually reintroduce some sugar and carbs, but it has to be in moderation. I just haven’t had any self control over the past 6 months.
If you haven’t started and still want to join, COME ON DOWN!!! Just pick something you want to improve and either finish the last 24 days with me or start your 30 days now! If you choose weight loss as your goal, you don’t need the full 30 days to feel better and see some results!
You have helped me so much with all the awesome comments and emails. I am super inspired by those of you that have decided to join me. Keep up the good work and keep me updated with your progress. I know that men see a little bit better results than women do in the beginning so don’t get discouraged if you didn’t hit 10 pounds. I know it isn’t fair, but you are way better looking than men at any weight so I think it is a fair trade off. 🙂
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese omelet. Glass of Vanilla Almond Milk
Lunch: Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
Dinner: I have gymnastics so I will have a 6 in” Subway Club that is about 340 calories. I add a lot of vegetables to mine and a little sweet onion sauce. I know the sauces aren’t the best, but I can’t eat a dry sandwich!
I have had lots of water and my snacks have consisted on Mixed nuts, almonds and cheese sticks.
I haven’t got any exercise today, I was supposed to go work out at lunch, but life got in the way.

Today is Day 5 of my 30 Day Great Weight Rollback Challenge and it is a little rougher, it is my wife’s fault. She is mean, REALLY REALLY MEAN!!!
My kryptonite is homemade, fresh out of the oven Chocolate Chip Cookies. Who would make those while I am in the middle of my 30 Day Challenge?!?! I am happy to report that I fought off the temptation that my gorgeous but hateful wife put in my way. I had to, tomorrow is Day 6 and that means I have to weigh in.
That’s right, tomorrow is my public check in and hopefully not my humiliation. I will get on the scale for all of you so don’t miss tomorrow. I want to hear how all of you are doing that took up the challenge, you by no means need to share scale results if you chose weight loss to improve, but I want to hear how you are doing! Overall, I feel very good and I fully expect to have some good results to show you tomorrow.

Are you guys having as much fun as I am with this? Each day I feel a little bit better, I did have a few carbs today but I was out and didn’t have a lot of choices while I was at the kids gymnastics class. I am so encouraged by all of your responses and people that have decided to join my challenge.
I want to encourage anyone that wants to make ANY improvement to join me. The 30 Day Great Weight Rollback was just what I chose to try and make myself feel better. I have emails from some people that said they wanted to do better at anything from a savings goal to better organization.
Day 4 Report
Breakfast: 3 Scrambled Eggs, 3 slices of bacon & a glass of milk
Lunch: Paul’s Famous Chicken Salad- Recipe: Canned Chicken, mayo, ranch dressing, Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, Mild Curry, dill relish, a little parmesan cheese and some Louisiana Hot Sauce. I don’t measure anything, just go till it feels good.
Dinner: 6″ Subway Club on Wheat Bread with mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, pickles, green peppers and a touch of sweet onion teriyaki sauce. YUM!!
Exercise: None yet, but I will get on the treadmill and shower before I got to bed!
In case you missed it here is the video I made that got this jump started!

WOW!! I am feeling really good tonight! Many of you have asked me to post a before picture and I figure I already put myself out there on the video so I might as well put a picture up. Don’t be alarmed, I am not actually pregnant, I just played a pregnant woman on TV. I am hoping by the end of this I will have made enough progress that I won’t be to chicken to show you a shirtless one. I will give you warning so you don’t have to look if I get there. 🙂
Day 3
Breakfast: Fasted (not weight loss related)
Lunch: Fasted (not weight loss related)
Dinner: Bowl of 8 Can Mexican Chicken Soup and a glass of milk
Exercise: 1.5 miles on the treadmill
Today was really tough, but totally worth it. I didn’t eat much today and it had nothing to do with My 30 Day Challenge. The first Sunday of each month we try and have a spiritual fast so I went about 24 Hours without any food or water. When dinner time came around tonight I was ready to CHOW DOWN!! Check out what my lovely wife made for dinner, this is 8 Can Mexican Chicken Soup. I know you want it, so here is the recipe
