Are you a dog or a cat person? Doesn’t matter this morning, there are 2 new Purina One Beyond Coupon for $1 off each. I don’t have a picture of the cat food yet. This coupon is different than the Purina One Beyond offers we have seen before, this one says “Bag” so I don’t thin the 1 lb. box is valid on this one.

New Cash Back Program: Checkout 51 – Use your smartphone or computer!
There’s an awesome new cash back program that’s just been released in the United States! Checkout 51 is similar to ibotta, but the one major difference to the new user is that a smartphone is NOT required! And it’s simple to understand, gotta love that!
You guys want to get signed up and get going with it, it’s pretty simple and there are GENERAL offers that don’t require specific brands and it works with ANY store that has a receipt that identifies items (sorry, your local corner store that uses “dairy” as the description on the receipt isn’t going to work).
Right now as a new user you will score $2 back on your first total receipt of $20+ plus you will get the cash back on any other offers you submit on that match on the same receipt.
Checkout 51 has been working in Canada for a while now and just launched in the United States last week. Make sure you read the key points below so you understand the program. Get started with Checkout 51.
Key guidelines
- Offers go live on Thursdays at 12:00 AM in each time zone. They expire the following Wednesday at 11:59 PM in each time zone. You must submit the receipts while the offers are live.
- Offers are available in limited quantities. Please check your offer list before you go shopping to ensure that the offer is still available, and upload the receipt immediately after purchase to avoid disappointment.
- A quantity of (1) of each offer is eligible for cash back per member.
- Each receipt can only be used once.
- We can only give cash back for the exact product listed, so please read carefully.
- You are permitted to use Checkout 51 cash back offers with any other coupon or discount unless otherwise stated.
- Products must be purchased in your country of registration. (We currently support the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec.)
- Receipts submitted must be in English.
- Items purchased from online retailers are eligible for cash back. Packing slips are accepted as proof of purchase. Online purchases are subject to the same submission timelines as receipts.
**Ended** Great Weight Rollback Day 10 Report & Giveaway! 5 $10 Walmart Gift Cards
Today we hit Double Digits with Day 10 of Paul’s Great Weight Rollback!! That means we are 1/3 of the way there, how is it going for you! 10 days isn’t a long time in the whole realm of things, but I feel a lot better already. We have 2 days until the next weigh in, I am not sure what it is going to say but that isn’t the most important thing. I’m gonna hit my goal, but there is always a little bump. The most important thing for me is that once I get the weight down, I stay healthy and don’t fall back into bad eating habits.
GIVEAWAY:
I feel like celebrating after 10 days! Since I lost 10 pounds at the first check in lets giveaway $10 Walmart Gift Cards! All you have to do is tell me what you are doing or are going to be doing to make life better for yourself. Leave a comment! I am picking 5 winners kinda at random. Most will be at random, but if I really like one I may just give it to you for that!! Pandering is acceptable! 🙂
I’m telling you 30 days builds a habit and hopefully it is a good one!!

Lunch- Salami & Cheese , mixed nuts and a raw carrot
Dinner- Tiffany’s Awesome Meatloaf and a Salad

Paul’s 30 Day Great Weight Rollback Challenge Day 8 & 9 Report
The weekends get a little crazy but don’t worry I am still on the 30 Day Great Weight Rollback! Last night I ended up chauffeuring 5, 11 year old girls to open gym and then having a sleepover at the Ivanovsky Inn & Suites. So when your day starts at 5:15 a.m. and ends at 2:30 a.m. you tend to forget to do a few things, my Day 8 report was that thing yesterday. So tonight you will get both!
Yesterday was a good day for food! We are in the market for some new sofas, so we headed down to Gallery Furniture to see what they had. We have bought a lot of furniture from in the past, we love that it is made in the USA and yesterday I found a new reason to love it there….. LUNCH!! They have an amazing spread of complimentary food. I had the baked fish and Tiffany had the Chicken, we both had an awesome salad from their choice of like 30 toppings. We didn’t find anything we wanted for sure, so we are still looking (I may have just waited so I could go back for lunch again:-)
Day 8 Report:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, canadian bacon and a glass of milk
Lunch: Baked Fish, Salad, green beans
Dinner: Left over BBQ, it was Corkscrew so still amazing!
Exercise: Tiff and I walked about 1/2 mile and I jumped rope for about 15 minutes. (that hurt)
Day 9 Report
Breakfast: Bacon, Mushroom and Cheese Omelet
Lunch: Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps with tomato
Dinner: Grilled Curry Chicken and a Salad
Exercise: I actually skipped today. 🙁
