Shopping Black Friday can be crazy, I have a few tips and some information that you should keep in mind that will give you the best chance at having a great trip.
1. Take advantage of the 21 In Stock Guarantee Items at Walmart
2. Walmart has really increased the stock of items they sent to the stores. My Store Manager told me that she received 2 times as much stock as last year.
3. Don’t go alone, Black Friday is more fun with a friend or small group. No one want to wait in line by themselves and if you have more people you can take advantage of more deals. It also really helps if you need a potty break.
4. HAVE A PLAN! CHECK YOUR MAP HERE.
Know which items you want and stick to your guns. Keep in mind that Walmart carries a ton of great household items that don’t have to be gifts, but things you want to pick up for the house.
5. Layaway will not be open tonight! It will be open Friday morning at 8:00
6. Walmart Price Matched Black Friday Ads. The item must be the exact same item and you must purchase it in the specified time frames in the Ad that you are matching. You DO NEED your ads to price match Black Friday Deals.
7. Stay calm, stay cool and have a good time. There are going to be a lot of people that have high expectations for tonight and tomorrow. If things start to get heated just take a step back and remember why we celebrate Christmas.

BE POLITE TO THE EMPLOYEES! They have no control over where items are, how crowded it is, how many of an item they have, or how unorganized it is. They have busted their butts to get you those deals (my husband missed Thanksgiving this year cause he has worked ALL day and wont get off work till after midnight and will be back tomorrow at 8am) You should see all the bruises he has from moving boxes of stuff and his body hurts from putting in over 50 hours so far this week getting ready for this sale. They dont want to be there but they are…at least say Happy Thanksgiving or Thank You to them.
Thanks Renee! Definitely be nice to the employees!
