Where are you finding the ruffies for that price? By the rest of the trash bags? The ones for that price are the ones on the rolls by the others? I went to the Devils Lake ND, WM today and they were a hair more than $4 a roll, I’m thinking $4.12. This was for the 4 gal size and I think the 8 gal and 12 gal were the same price, just different number in the package.
kris, they are the $1.61 at my store. they are on the very bottom shelf. i get the 13 gallon size, 20 in a bag. this might be a regional price as i am in texas too.
