Thanks for the coupon, love your site, it makes me believe in Walmart again. I used to hate Walmart, but starting to love it! By the way, are you assuming this scotch coupon is fake? Because the wording says it doesnt surprise you that it is not real.
No it is real. But if I had seen it from any other place besides 3M I would have been really worried and not posted it. 3M is notorious for putting out pdf coupons like this
I was able to use this coupon at Walmart today but it wouldn’t scan they had to manually do it.
Well I tried using these today Walmart in Prattville AL.. they refused them because they would not scan.. I tried to argue with them but that said the new coupon policy clearly states that all manufactor coupons must be scanable.. So I said well then just take the sponges off and keep them.. I really tried to get them to put it in by hand but they flat out refused..
Last time Wal-mart they offered these coupons they beeped. The coupon beeps on the single pack because they are coded for the muliti packs (the single and mulit packs have a different manufacturer prefix #’s and the coding matches the mulitpack) . That is what happened last time and since they won’t “scan” many Wal-marts denied them. Also last time they started out as $1/1 and people printed like 20 of them each and then they would not scan and then they battled it out with the CSM for not being allowed to use them and get overage!!!!!! A few days later the manufacturer changed them on their website to $1/2 like they are now.
I am not saying Wal-mart won’t take these but be prepared for some drama should it occur and oh don’t make a special trip to Wal-mart just for these so you don’t get dissapointed if you are denied. Just throw them in your regular shopping trip and hope you get lucky.
If you are denied you can get a 2 pack of the Aldi scrub sponges for .99 at Aldi and they are just as good and no coupon (or Wal-mart drama) needed.
Are these coded for the single pack then? If not I will pull it.
I just tried to use this coupon as well on the single blue sponges Paul pictured. NO GO for me. It’s a beeper. Register says “See journal”. She didn’t want to override it and I didn’t argue.
My cashier pushed it through, no problems, even though it beeped.
