Has anyone used it at Staples? I thought that they (Staples) would lower the coupon amount to the cost of the item?? Which is what other stores have done in this situation. I had the worst time ever at Staples today with this coupon.

It is too bad that I have purchased my expensive toners at their stores in the past but for a $1.00 rejection…..I am pretty sure I will be looking someplace else to buy my ink!!
My Staples in Colorado allowed me to use the coupon and get the overage, but I opted to get 2 packs for free instead. So crazy how every store has their own set of rules!!
I am jealous Jody! 😛 I went to three of my stores and they absolutely would not do it. They told me that I cannot use that coupon on a sale item as well. What?! They wouldn’t let me get two packs either. I ended up paying for them out of pocket at the last store. I called Staples presidents office and got my money back in the form of a Staples coupon. I was just so upset at the treatment I received.
I am glad you called them because I will be doing the same in the morning or emailing them about the whole scene!! I was upset also!!
If we do not let them know what is happening, they will not correct the problem!!
My Staples won’t take my computer printed coupons. Said they’re not allowed to??
Mine didn’t say anything about it being a computer printed coupon. They weren’t going to take mine anyway. Hopefully you have a Walmart near you that has them in stock to price match. :/
I priced match at walmart no problems . I did opt 2 buy 2 packs I love donating that like of stuff. We have a school supply drive at work so it works out great.
I tried to do this at Walmart and they wouldn’t let me use the coupon with the price match! Made a big deal out of it even got a manager up there and he said no because the coupon was more than the price! I know Walmart will take coupons on PM and they do allow overage so what should I do on this? It was very upsetting! When the transaction first started the cashier wanted an ad and I told him I didn’t have it he tried to get an AM up there to approve the price match!
